Once the initial design is complete and we have a full understanding of the type of home & level of finishes you’re after our team will present a quick quote to build your home.
The Millerbuilt team will work closely with you at this exciting stage to finalise your selections that will complete your home. Once these have been finalised we will prepare a work schedule, streamlining the process and outlining build time frames.
We strongly believe that client communication is one of the most important aspects of the building process and during your build, we collaborate with you to ensure that you are notified regularly with photos and updates on the progress of your home.
On completion of your new home, you will be invited to attend a final walk through inspection with your Project Manager, we will also hand over all warranties & compliance certificates.
